TA Services Account Application Form

All users of TA Services MUST agree to one of the following CRADAs:

Fee-for-Use CRADA - User access to previously developed models and methods on a fee-for-use basis and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the year.
Software Development CRADA - Software development of new or improved models that would ultimately be available in the regular suite of TA Services.

It is a legally binding agreement between you and NTIA/ITS.
Note: TA Services is a Pay-per-use service. A minumum deposit of $500 is required to open a new account.
Note: The above CRADAs apply only to U.S. based companies. TA Services is not authorized to accept funds from foreign companies. We hope to change this soon. Contact us if you are interested.

Pursuant to OMB Memorandum M-03-01 dated October 4, 2002, the Federal Government is required to collect and report Dun and Bradstreet Numbering System (DUNS) numbers for all transactions between Federal Government agencies. DUNS - D&B D-U-N-S Number: D&B's Data Universal Numbering System, the D&B D-U-N-S Number, is the standard for keeping track of the world's businesses. Its unique nine-digit code helps identify and link more than 60 million companies worldwide.
The Agency Location Code (ALC) is also required for government entities.
